Central Hockey Club invites suitably qualified persons to apply for the position of Hockey Office Manager.

PERSONNEL VACANCY

Applications are invited from suitable qualified persons for the appointment to the following position.

HOCKEY OFFICE MANAGER

BASIC SALARY: R5000.00 PER MONTH

HOURS: FIXED AT VYGIESKRAAL HOCKEY COMPLEX

Wednesday & Thursdays: 15:30 to 19:30

Saturdays: 08:30 to 14:00

Additional flexible time required to meet all KPA’s.

 

CONTRACT PERIOD: March 2014 to August 2014 (with option to renew for 2015)

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Senior Certificate

  • 3 years’ experience in Office Administration, preferably in a Sports (Hockey) Environment.

  • A knowledge of debtor’s account and cash management administration.

  • Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) essential.

  • Sound Human Relations, good communications, managerial and organisational skills.

Key Performance Areas include:

  • Supervising staff and resources under his/her control.

  • Resolving queries around Debtor Accounts.

  • Receipting of all payments and depositing of monies.

  • Managing and controlling all cash receipts issues.

  • Controlling of cash float.
